Jeep Rental Policies

  • Sales tax: 9.2%
  • Non-refundable booking fee: 6%
  • Credit card hold: $700 (covers late returns, damage, checkout fees)
  • Proof of personal auto insurance required
  • Pet policy: $100 mandatory cleaning fee
  • Checkout fees for damaged/missing gear:
    • Tent: $100
    • Chair: $50
    • Cooler: $50
    • Kitchenette/missing items: $50
    • Frisbee: $20
    • Hammock: $100
    • Fishing Pole: $100
  • Vehicle damages incurred: $700 deposit + additional repair costs; personal policy may cover (refund issued after repairs complete)
  • Renter responsibilities: Breakdown/rescue costs, fuel (must return full), adherence to mileage limits
  • Abandonment policy: Charge for replacement vehicle
  • Age and license requirements: 21+ with valid driver's license

  • Liability waiver and assumption of risk
